Shop Assistant/Equipment Maintenance – Growth Opportunity

Job description

Established heavy civil contracting firm looking for a full-time truck/trailer maintenance personnel. Hours would be from 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

We are really looking for someone who is interested in becoming a mechanic so would be using this as a starting ground to grow with the company.

Duties will be, but not limited to

• Cleaning/Washing Interior & Exterior of Trucks & Flatbed Trailers
• Inspection/Greasing of Trucks & Trailers
• Checking Fluid Levels
• Checking/Repairing or Replacing Tires on Trucks/Trailers
• Developing and maintaining a maintenance schedule for all the trucks
• Potentially more depending on qualifications

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
